Messaging Program Terms
The program
SmartWithIt is a text-message program that sends short video lessons and practice questions to the mobile number you provide when you sign up. By signing up you agree to receive automated text messages from SmartWithIt at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on the lessons and practice in your program. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
Commands
- STOP - reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all messages.
- HELP - reply HELP for help and a list of commands.
- PAUSE - reply PAUSE to take a break from messages.
- RESUME - reply RESUME to restart messages after a pause.
- NEXT - reply NEXT to get a new lesson.
Eligibility
You must own or be the authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be able to consent to receive these messages. The program is available to U.S. mobile numbers. Carrier support for the program is not guaranteed on every carrier.
Privacy
